What happens when I make a reservation?

Once you complete your businesstaxis booking , the details of the booking are sent electronically to our overseas representatives who will make the appropriate arrangements as per your request.

What does the price include?

The price will be determined by your requested itinerary.A simple one-way price will, for example, include a single taxi or executive vehicle journey, either from your arrival airport, to your destination or from your destination to your departure airport or other location determined by your specific booking request. A return taxi includes for example both the arrival and departure taxi transfer from airport to destination upon arrival and from destination to airport on departure. Should a booking be made for multiple journeys during your stay or for part or all of a day, quotes will be provided accordingly. Unless stated otherwise, individual taxis will accommodate up to four adult passengers.

How do I find my vehicle upon arrival?

Details of how to find your driver and collect your taxi or executive vehicle upon arrival differ at each location. Individual instructions will appear on your booking confirmation, which is generated automatically and emailed upon completion of the booking process. If for any reason you cannot find your driver upon arrival (highly unusual) then you must call the number listed on your booking confirmation, (please ensure that you take your booking confirmation with you) where our local representatives will be more than happy to assist you.

And on Departure?

The booking procedure will automatically calculate your collection time for your departure flight as the journey time plus 2 hours check in time (Depending on type of flights being taken). You have the option to override/amend this and your return taxi or executive vehicle will then collect you from your requested location at the time you have specified and as shown on the confirmation. Your return driver will then collect you from your requested pick up point stated on your booking confirmation. businesstaxis recommend that you arrive at the airport a minimum of 90 minutes before departure time and we accept no responsibility for missed flights due to clients not booking the taxi with enough time to spare. In the event of any flight changes.

Transfer times?

The times quoted are the standard taxi/vehicle journey times on a normal day. These times may alter slightly at certain times of the year when there may be more traffic or road works affect the direct route of the journey. You will be notified if there is any anticipated delay to your journey.

What happens if my outbound flight is delayed?

Your driver will be informed and collect you at the new time.

Luggage Capacity?

Most taxis and executive vehicles are able to accommodate a suitcase and piece of hand luggage per person. Up to 4 passengers per taxi, executive vehicles may differ - except in certain destinations where the maximum is 3 passengers. If you are travelling with excess luggage, for example, presentation equipment, golf clubs etc, it is important that we are made aware of this as extras charges may be incurred locally Any more than this and you will be responsible for any extra charges incurred.

Do I need to tip the driver?

The price paid does not include a tip. As is standard across the globe these days if you feel your driver has been friendly and courteous, then a small tip is the norm.

What happens if my itinerary changes?

Prior to departure - Please call us on 0870 0272099 or email us at the following admin@businesstaxis.com and we will amend the details.
While overseas - We can change your booking at any time. Please contact our local office on the number listed on your booking confirmation to advise of your new details. any changes may be subject to additional costs.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking at any time and cancellation charges may apply. Our cancellation policy can be found on the terms and conditions section of the website.

Insurance?

businesstaxis hold full public liability insurance. We do however recommend that you hold a valid travel insurance policy for the duration of your trip.

Our Representatives?

Representatives are on hand at each location.. Individual contact details pertaining to the location you have booked are provided on your booking confirmation.

Last minute bookings/alterations?

Last minute bookings or alterations to bookings can be made up to 12 hours prior to departure, however this will be dependent on time differences between countries, availability of personnel etc. We will inform you at the time of your enquiry what is and is not possible. .All such enquiries within this timescale would have to be made by phone.
