How to book
Follow the steps below to discover how easy it is to use the site.
Booking procedure
- Go straight to Quick Quote to check the price for your chosen destination.
- Complete the 3 short booking stages.
Please note the quick quote will ask you for an arrival date as prices may vary depending on the time of year/season. For more complex itineraries it may be necessary to phone our consultants for a bespoke quote. The number to phone is 0870 0272099.
- An email confirmation will be sent to you detailing all information of the booking together with arrival instructions, our local office telephone and 24 hour emergency numbers and our office hours overseas.
- Please ensure the confirmation is taken when travelling.
Travel Management Consultants / Travel bookers
1) In order to use the businesstaxis web site as a registered user you must first register in order to generate a password. Once complete you will receive an email advising details of your password and how to make best use of the site.
2) To register click onto the New Account Signup box. Please complete the form & submit.
Once businesstaxis has received your application you will be contacted by our Support team to process your application. You will then receive an email with your username and password explaining how to access the website; and how to quote and make bookings.
3) Once you have received your password you can access the web site and make bookings on-line.
- Please log onto the system through the UK Travel Bookers log in navigation button.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click onto Quick Quote to display the list of destinations.
Choosing a destination will highlight the locations available within that destination and the prices applicable. Complex/bespoke itineraries will be quoted separately. You must always log on to the site using your username and password to display the correct travel industry rates where applicable.
